About TDA Immigration

Our history

TDA was founded in March 2000 by the Honourable Tuariki Delamere after he left Parliament in December 1999. Our first clients were four siblings, children from a Cambodian family who had been sent to New Zealand by their parents as students in order to escape the uncertainties of life in a country still recovering from the genocidal regime of Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge. Today those four siblings are now citizens and own two very successful bakeries.  These four siblings were the first in a long line of migrants that TDA Immigration has successfully assisted to realise their dreams in New Zealand.

Over the years TDA Immigration has seen many changes in the immigration industry from the introduction of the Skilled Migrant Category to the passage of the Immigration Act 2009 to the regulation and licensing of immigration advice.  Success in this industry requires ongoing participation in an environment that is constantly changing to meet the ever changing economic needs of this country.  After over 15 years in the industry TDA Immigration has a proven track record of success and industry leadership helping to ensure migrants receive quality advice and a professional service.
